Male patient with nasal squamous cell carcinoma. Subtotal rhinectomy was performed. The defect was reconstructed with double forehead flap. The first flap was used for nasal lining reconstruction. Nasal septum and conchal cartilage graft were used for nasal support. The second forehead flap covered the external part of the nose. The reconstruction was completed in 2 stages. Further improvement is possible after minor surgery for flap debulking.
